Tired legs

These legs cycled 85 miles and the knees are playing up a bit. The ride was good though and so was the beer at the end!

    I'm sure the cold beer went down a treat (just like 'Ice cold in Alex'). You should all be superfit by the time you return to Salford - how many miles will you cover in total? I look forward to seeing some interesting photos......
